Our Expertise
With more than 40 combined years of experience in tax, audit, public accounting, forensic accounting, and management advisory, founders George Donnelly and Colleen Boyce have served clients in a range of industries, including construction contractors, real estate professionals, and professional services companies.
Our areas of expertise include individual and corporate income taxes, dealings with trusts and estates, estate tax planning, real estate transactions, liability and workmen’s compensation issues, and representation of clients before taxing authorities in audits and other matters.
Donnelly, Boyce & Associates works closely with clients to achieve minimum tax liability at both the entity and individual level, particularly for those clients involved in a closely held “S” corporation, LLC, or partnership, where the planning involves entity-level tax matters as well as the owners’ individual tax concerns.
In the forensic arena, Donnelly, Boyce & Associates has successfully handled business valuation litigations regarding owner disputes, divorce cases, and beneficiary disputes. Our recent litigation support includes successful involvement in FINRA hearings and preparing lost income reports and valuations.
At Donnelly, Boyce & Associates, we believe every client deserves our personal attention, and we take pride in our hands-on approach to business services.
We make it our practice to consult directly with owners and other top management on both financial and non-financial matters, many times serving the role of chief financial officer and advisor for our closely held clients.
