George A. Donnelly, III, CPA
Partner
George A. Donnelly, III has over 25 years of tax, audit and management advisory experience, and has over 15 years of experience in forensic accounting. His public accounting background includes three years with a Big Six firm as well as eight years with regional accounting firms prior to forming Donnelly Boyce & Associates, LLC
George specializes in providing financial and management advisory services to closely held businesses and their owners. George is a "hands-on" accountant, often consulting directly with the owner and other management on both financial and non-financial matters, and many times serving the role of chief financial officer and advisor for our closely held clients.
Two of his main focuses have been with construction contractors and professional service organizations. In the Construction arena, George is involved in the day-to-day operations with the various construction trades. These services include review of job costing details, assisting management with contract bids, dealing directly with labor unions, bonding companies and lending institutions. For Professional Service entities, George is involved in cash flow management, Federal, State and Local tax planning, as well as compliance, financial matters, mergers and acquisitions.
George is well versed in the insurance industry, especially liability and workers compensation matters, and has had extensive dealings in bank financing. George has developed solid relationships with insurance brokers and banking officers in the tri-state area, which has enabled him to assist our clients in successful negotiations of insurance contracts and bank financing.
In the forensic arena, George has successfully handled employee defalcations for a number of business entities. George has been involved in FINRA hearings preparing lost income reports and involved in business valuation litigations regarding owner disputes, divorce cases as well as beneficiary disputes.
George is a 1984 graduate of James Madison University, and holds a B.S. degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Colleen M. Boyce, CPA

Colleen M. Boyce has over 15 years of tax experience. Her public accounting background includes experience with two regional accounting firms prior to forming Donnelly Boyce & Associates, LLC.
Colleen specializes in providing tax advisory services to closely held businesses and their owners. She has developed personal relationships with her clients and has a hands-on approach to assisting clients with their business consulting needs. She is a trusted advisor to her clients and offers assistance in all areas of financial planning, statement preparation and tax preparation.
Colleen also deals with IRS issues and has had great success in providing clients with assistance in notices, levies, assessments and other IRS communications. She frequently handles the correspondence and document submission to put the clients at ease when dealing with the IRS. She has structured successful IRS audits for her clients with her attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Colleen is involved in her community and enjoys giving back to it. She served as the Treasurer on the board for the Haverford Middle School PTO for three years and is currently serving as the Treasurer on the board for the Delaware County Gaelic Athletic Association for youths. Colleen has been involved in several fundraising events for numerous cancer research activities and participated in the 3-day Breast Cancer Walk in Philadelphia.
Colleen is a cum-laude graduate of Villanova University, and holds a B.S. degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Colleen resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and three children.
